- 本機為第一次入線整型，其作用是將第一次入好線之定子線圈撐開，以便第二次入線整型。
- 機械動作採用氣壓及PLC控制。
- 操作介面使用觸控式螢幕，操作簡便。
- 機械上配有儲氣桶，上下行程氣缸採用大型氣壓缸，確保操作穩定。
- 定子盤可前後滑動，安全性高，產品取放容易。
- 定子盤上裝有絕緣紙保護器，確保在整形過程中不會傷到絕緣紙，可降低漏電危機。
- 工作檯面兩側安裝紅外線對照系統，確保操作人員安全。
- 機身外罩採用鋁合金鋼架及強化壓克力組合，外觀美，易保養。
